A Traditional Tattoo inspired by a russian doll

A few years ago, I started a series of designs intending to take you back in time by drawing old toys with characteristics that evoke childhood in different countries.

I wanted to connect with people worldwide through nostalgia from remembering yourself as a child.

This is how this artwork was born.

Based on a lesser-known type of Russian doll that represented the women of ancient Russian royalty.

This project's size was 5 x 4 inches, approximately the size of the original doll, and cost about $500.
