"Tropical Diva"

Tradition, Nostalgia, Authenticity.

This client wanted a tattoo that reminded him of Cuba. Although he was Puerto Rican, he loved that island.

I was inspired by an old poster for the Tropicana Cabaret, one of the jewels of that country's golden age.

I loved the idea of ​​designing an ancient dancer in her traditional costume and holding maracas.

My client loved it, and so did I.

This tattoo was about 4 x 3 inches in size and cost $300.
